Rikki’s journey in movement began in 2007 when she joined the Army Reserves as a combat medic and physical therapy assistant. While emergency response wasn’t her calling—she’ll be the first to admit she tends to panic under pressure—she found her passion working one-on-one with patients in a clinical setting. 

After her time in the military, Rikki earned her Spin Certification and started teaching at both corporate and local gyms. Over the years, she broadened her skillset to include Barre, Mat Pilates, Aerial Silks, TRX, and earned an AFAA Group Fitness Certification. 

Whether she’s leading a class or coaching clients one-on-one, Rikki’s goal is to help people move more comfortably by creating a space where they feel seen, supported, and free to celebrate their wins—no matter how small.
