Private Sessions
With one-on-one instruction, every session is customized to your body, your goals, and your level. Whether you’re brand new to or experienced in Pilates, you’ll see progress that’s personal.
When you join a private session membership with BDP, you’re committing to your health—and we’re committing to you. A regular Pilates practice (4, 8, or 12 sessions per month) can reduce stress, increase energy, and elevate your physical and mental health.
Duets & Trios
Have someone you want to work out with? In duet and trio sessions, you can encourage one another and still reap all the personalized benefits of private Pilates.

Please note that when you join a BDP membership, you are committing to the studio and not an individual instructor. While we do our best to honor teacher preferences, sometimes you may be introduced to a new instructor due to scheduling needs, instructor availability, etc.

In his book Contrology, Joseph Pilates recommends practicing the method for 20 minutes per day. We know that fitting in a daily practice can be challenging, but remember: doing something is always better than doing nothing. Diversify your movement, even if it’s in small doses. Consistency fosters results!
