Intro Specials
New clients may purchase one of each of the intro specials. A new client is an individual who has not previously taken a class at Breathe Diversity Pilates + Fitness.
Privates
Private sessions are for individuals who prefer personalized attention. These are appropriate for all fitness levels and are 50 minutes in length. To get started, create a log-in on Momence and send us an email at [email protected]. We will contact you and explain our contract options.
Security
We provide open cubbies in the studio for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
Please do not leave your valuables in your car as we are not liable for vandalism or break-ins in the parking lot or adjacent streets.
Arrive on Time
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be given away and a late charge applied.
What to bring
Please bring a towel, sticky socks and water.
What to Wear
- Form-fitting clothes
- No sharp accessories
- Socks with grip are required (sticky socks)
- Shoes required for Circuit and Strength classes (check schedule)
Hygiene
Please refrain from strong scents and ensure feet are clean before arriving for a Pilates session. Wipes are provided in a pinch.
Cell Phone
Please silence your phone while in our studio.
Cancelation and Refund policies
All cancellations must be done through Momence or by emailing [email protected].
LATE CANCEL: If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for that session. For Unlimited contracts, you will be charged $25 per late cancellation. For 4x/month, 8x/month, and private session contracts, the class or session will be deducted as if you had attended.
We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency occurs, please call and leave a message on our business line at (707) 595-5513, or send us an email at [email protected].
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
WAITLIST: If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist and Momence will automatically add you to the class should a space become available. When you are added to the class from the waitlist, Momence will notify you via email or a text message depending on what you selected as your preferred method of communication. Please watch for this notification so you know to arrive for class. Should you no longer want to attend the class you were waitlisted for, you must cancel your reservation via Momence.
