How to get started
We encourage clients new to our studio, regardless of experience, to start with our Introductory Offer of 3 Private Sessions. This allows you to become familiar with our studio, learn how to use our equipment, and allows us to help structure the best fitness routine for your needs. If you have more than one year of consistent Pilates experience and would like to jump right into classes, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Next, click CREATE ACCOUNT here or on the button found on the upper right corner of your screen. This will take you to MINDBODY to create your profile and allow you to make purchases and sign up for classes. Once you have done this, please contact the studio at email@example.com to schedule your 3 Private Sessions.

Contact The Studio
Once you have created your account and purchased your sessions, contact the studio to let us know you are ready to get started.
*Be sure to opt-in to email, so you can receive our welcome letter, newsletter and information regarding special events. We only send emails once, or twice a month.
If you provided us with proof that you are fully vaccinated (two coronavirus vaccinations or more), you have the option to remove your mask in the studio.
However, if you are not vaccinated or are choosing not to share this information with us, we ask that you continue to wear a mask in the studio. Be aware that this could change soon and we will re-evaluate in 30 days.
As a reminder, if you have not yet sent us proof of vaccination but would like to remove your mask in-studio, you will need to do one of the following:
- Preferred: Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) a photo or scan of your government-issued COVID-19 vaccination card.
- Bring us a photocopy of your vaccination card.
- If the above options are not available to you, you may show Shawn, Katie, Sonya, or Sherrese your vaccination card and we will make a copy in-studio.
While in the private session space, our staff will be masked. In classes, some of our staff may choose to continue wearing a mask.
New clients may purchase 1 of each of the intro specials. New client is an individual who has not taken a class at Breathe Diversity Pilates + Fitness before.
Private sessions are for individuals who prefer personalized attention. These are appropriate for all fitness levels and are 50 minutes in length. To get started, create a new profile by going to MINDBODY Online and send us an email at email@example.com and we will contact you to explain our Month to Month or Annual contract options.
We provide open cubbies in the studio for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
Please do not leave your valuables in your car as we are not liable for vandalism or break-ins in the parking lot or adjacent streets.
Arrive on Time
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be given away and a late charge applied.
What to bring
- Please bring a towel, sticky socks and water.
What to Wear
- Form fitting clothes
- No sharp accessories
- Socks with grip (Sticky socks)
- Shoes required for Circuit class
Please refrain from strong scents and ensure feet are clean before arriving for a Pilates session. Wipes are provided in a pinch.
Please silence your phone while in our studio.
All cancelations must be done through MINDBODY Online or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
LATE CANCEL: If you cancel your reservation in Mindbody less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for that session. For Unlimited Contracts, you will be charged $25 per late cancellation. For Month to Month Contracts and Private Sessions, the session will be deducted as if you had attended the class.
We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency occurs, please call and leave a message on our business line at (707) 595-5513, or send us an email at email@example.com.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
WAITLIST: If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist and Mindbody will automatically add you to the class should a space become available. When you are added to the class from the waitlist, Mindbody will notify you via email or a text message depending on what you selected as your preferred method of communication. Please watch for this notification so you know to arrive for class. Should you no longer want to attend the class you were waitlisted for, you must cancel your reservation via MindBody.
