PMA®, ACE® Personal Trainer, TRX®, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher
Loni fell in love with Pilates during her first session in 2000 and has been teaching for over 20 years. In her classes and private sessions, she incorporates strength using resistance and body weight to safely challenge the body. She is especially skilled in teaching alignment and form. As a life-long learner, Loni consistently participates in trainings and workshops to master the art and science of functional movement.
Outside of the studio, you can find Loni exploring the outdoors: hiking, paddle-boarding, camping in her RV, and enjoying the company of her energetic dog, Lacey. When her kids are in town, she loves spending time with them. She also volunteers at the Humane Society and Compassion Without Borders to fight against animal cruelty and help provide dogs with loving homes.
