Megan has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. After taking an alignment-focused yoga class, she experienced an “aha moment.” She loves the effects a steady practice has on her mind, body and life. She believes yoga is for everybody…especially pregnant bodies! She has been teaching private, public, and corporate yoga classes since 2013.
Looking for relief from a back injury, in 2018, Megan came to Breathe Diversity to heal and once again felt inspired. Soon, Megan began sharing her excitement about the benefits of Pilates. With the encouragement of Sonya and Sherrese, Megan became a comprehensive Pilates instructor in 2020. she is always looking for new ways to serve her community through mind-body connection and healing.
When she isn’t teaching, Megan is wrangling her two young kids, their dog, and chickens. She loves being a mom, camping with her family, and reading.
