Balanced Body® Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, NASM® Personal Trainer, Sivananda Yoga Instructor
Heather is a comprehensive Pilates teacher, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor focused on corrective exercises and trauma-informed recovery. A constant student of life and movement systems, she invites her students to settle their nervous systems and step into their highest strength and wholeness.
Heather is also certified as a Sivananda Yoga instructor. Heather’s tenure at Yoga Journal inspired her to deepen her practice. After over a decade of practicing yoga, in 2010, Heather completed a training program based on the methods, practices, and theory of Shadow Yoga and Classical Hatha Yoga.
In addition to her love of movement, Heather is a foster parent and involved in the community as a resource family. She proudly wears the stretch marks on her heart.
