Amy began practicing Pilates over 12 years ago and started teaching in 2015.
Through humor and a judgement-free approach, she works to integrate flow, flexibility and mind-body activation into her classes and private sessions. In her own practice, Amy finds that Pilates leaves her feeling balanced and restored, both physically and mentally. She finds joy in bringing this feeling to the studio.
When not teaching, Amy can be found gardening or hiking with her dog, Charlie. She loves to fill her weekends with adventures, exploring the coast, river or redwoods. She has a loving husband and two beautiful young children.
