With an expanded focus on using Pilates for fitness and wellness, Breathe Diversity Pilates classes dive deeper. We’ll help you strengthen, align, and energize your body from the inside out. Each class blends the core Pilates fundamentals you know and love—mobility, posture, and mindfulness—with the motivation of a goal-driven workout. Our small group classes, limited to 10 participants, ensure personalized attention and a strong sense of community. You may even take a class or private session with one of our two owners—experienced instructors who teach daily and bring years of experience to every movement.
