For over 30 years, Jen has been teaching fitness and wellness and coaching endurance athletes. An accomplished athlete herself, Jen discovered Pilates as a method of alleviating back pain in physical therapy and, later, as the key to long-term health. She competed in triathlons for decades, ran track and cross-country, and swam. Now, she loves to surf the trails and roads of Sonoma County.

Jen specializes in working with seniors, progressive strength training, group exercises and safe-spine Pilates. In addition to field training in Pilates, yoga, massage therapy, personal training, and more, she has an MA in Kinesiology and teaches at Santa Rosa Junior College.

In her free time, Jen loves walking her dog, trail running, cycling, swimming, reading, and spending time with her family.
