Group Classes

Breathe Diversity’s group classes (up to 10 participants) use the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small props to strengthen, stretch, and empower.

Check out our class descriptions and levels below. Please review these carefully and choose the classes in which you will feel the safest and most confident.  

Class Levels Key

Pilates Reformer/Tower Classes

Level 1-2 Level 1-2 Reformer/Tower/Chair

A beginning/intermediate class. Some Pilates experience is required. Modifications will be offered as needed. Small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will emphasize core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. This class is suitable for participants interested in moving at a deliberate pace, learning form, alignment and function, and are developing an understanding of modifications and progressions appropriate for their needs. This class is often the ideal transition for those who recently completed their 3-Session Trial Offer.

Foundational Strength & Flow | 50 minutes | Class Prerequisites

All Levels All Levels Reformer/Tower/Chair

A mixed level/intermediate class. Some Pilates experience is required. Modifications will be offered as needed. An active small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will emphasize core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. You will be guided at a moderate pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for participants with an understanding of modifications and progressions appropriate for their needs.

Dynamic Movement & Control | 50 minutes | Class Prerequisites

Level 2-3 Level 2-3 Reformer/Tower/Chair

An intermediate/advanced class. Pilates experience is required. An active small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will emphasize core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. You will be guided at an accelerated pace. This class is suitable for participants with an understanding of modifications and progressions appropriate for their needs.

Advanced Power & Precision | 50 minutes | Class Prerequisites

Specialty Classes

Level 2-3 Circuit Reformer/Tower/Chair (Shoes Required)

An intermediate/advanced class. Pilates experience is required. Please bring shoes. A circuit style, small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will emphasize core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. You will be guided at an accelerated pace. This class is suitable for participants with an understanding of modifications and progressions appropriate for their needs.

High-Intensity Training | 50 minutes | Class Prerequisites

All Levels Strength Reformer/Tower/Chair (Shoes Required)

A mixed level/intermediate class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. The class combines traditional strength training, low-impact cardio and Pilates. Participants will use dumbbells and other props to help improve bone density, postural alignment and core conditioning.

Strength & Endurance | 50 minutes | Class Prerequisites

Level 1-2 Balance & Strength

A beginning/intermediate class. Some Pilates equipment experience is required. A small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will emphasize balance, improving bone density, core and full-body strength, flexibility and posture. In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

Stability & Functional Movement | 50 minutes | Class Prerequisites

All Levels Stretch & Roll

A mixed level/intermediate class (up to 10 participants) incorporating Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair and props such as foam rollers. This class blends core conditioning with dynamic and static stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension and support recovery. An ideal complement to any Pilates practice, fostering both physical and mental well-being.
