TaiLeah spent her childhood dedicated to gymnastics. As her body matured, TaiLeah found Pilates as a new source of inspiration to move. She is especially grateful for how it continues to support her body through its many phases. 

In addition to teaching Pilates, TaiLeah is an esthetician and owned a day spa for 10 years. She was a loyal client of Sonya’s for many years and is honored to be a part of the Breathe Diversity community. In her group classes and private sessions, TaiLeah takes a calm and inviting approach. She aims to deliver full-body workouts through flow, strength and mind-body connection.

When she isn’t in the studio, TaiLeah loves to garden, spend quality time with her daughter and husband and attend live music shows.
