Shannon Demange

Comprehensive Pilates Instructor

Shannon has been a dancer for most of her life and a dance teacher for many years. Shannon appreciates Pilates and how it helps bring a greater connection to body, mind, and spirit. She is inspired by its gentle, restorative foundation. After dancing in college and attaining her degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia, Shannon continued her dance education and completed SRJC’s dance certificate program. Shannon decided to pursue a career as a Pilates teacher shortly there after. She has completed the Balance Body Comprehensive Certification and is currently participating in Gwen Miller’s “The Dynamic Spine” training to better serve clients with specific spinal and hip pathologies.

Shannon enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and attending various sporting, school, and social events for her 4 active kids.
