All Levels Pilates Mat

This class is based on Joesph Pilates’s repertoire of exercises which emphasize breath, core conditioning and body awareness, paying close attention to form and alignment. Learn to activate your deep core and intrinsic muscles and develop muscle tone, flexibility, increased range of motion in joints and, ultimately, self- confidence. The use of Pilates props; rings, small balls, bands, rollers, etc., adds diversity to the class while creating added challenges. Any given exercise has progressions and regressions to ensure each student is getting the workout they need.

55 minute duration.

An All Levels Class challenges the intermediate and advanced student and adds modifications for beginners as they develop their competence.

Group Reformer + Fit

An active small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, adding in TRX suspension training, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

50 minute duration.

hardCORE Circuit

This is a challenging, fat burning, and fun class that is infused with weights, cardio, and body resistance training to strengthen the core and whole body. The content in each class varies. By mixing interval training for elevated heart rate and blocks of functional movement with a variety of different props, you will achieve a full body workout. There is an emphasis on control, precision, and alignment to master the body’s efficiency in movement. Come to this class to build awareness, strength and endurance and leave feeling empowered! Wear shoes.

hiitCORE Class

HIIT (high-intensity interval training), is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts and Pilates-based core exercises designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Even though a HIIT workout is challenging, it can be modified for people of all fitness levels.

60 minute duration.

Intermediate Pilates

An intermediate class based on Joesph Pilates’s repertoire of exercises which emphasize breath, core conditioning and body awareness, paying close attention to form and alignment. Learn to activate your deep core and intrinsic muscles and develop muscle tone, flexibility, increased range of motion in joints and, ultimately, self- confidence. The use of Pilates props; rings, small balls, bands, rollers, etc., adds diversity to the class while creating added challenges. Any given exercise has progressions and regressions to ensure each student is getting the workout they need. At the intermediate level, we work on more advanced exercises and take less breaks.

Pilates + Sculpt

Like a Pilates bootcamp. Pilates + Sculpt combines Pilates mat, low impact cardio and weights all in one challenging, interval style, fun class. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

Some Pilates experience recommended. Wear shoes.
