Pilates Reformer/Tower Classes

Level 1-2 Level 1-2 Reformer/Tower

A beginner/intermediate class (up to 10 participants) designed for those with some Pilates experience. This class moves at a deliberate pace, making it ideal for clients who are new to group classes or those who prefer a slower, more intentional workout. It’s the perfect next step after the 3-Session Introductory Offer.

Focus: Classes focus on core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

Foundational Strength & Flow | 50 minutes

All Levels All Levels Reformer/Tower

A mixed-level/intermediate class (up to 10 participants) that offers a moderate-paced workout. Ideal for those looking for an extra challenge, this class is best suited for participants with a solid understanding of modifications and progressions.

Focus: Classes focus on core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

Dynamic Movement & Control | 50 minutes

Level 2-3 Level 2-3 Reformer/Tower

An intermediate/advanced class (up to 10 participants) for experienced Pilates practitioners. This accelerated-paced class is designed for those seeking a greater challenge, requiring a strong grasp of modifications and progressions to match the intensity.

Focus: Classes focus on core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

Advanced Power & Precision | 50 minutes

Specialty Classes

Level 2-3 Circuit Reformer/Tower (Shoes Required)

An intermediate/advanced, fast-paced, circuit-style small group training (up to 10 participants) incorporating Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and other fitness tools. This advanced class delivers a dynamic full-body workout, requiring a strong foundation in Pilates and the ability to adjust for intensity.

Focus: Classes focus on core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

High-Intensity Training | 50 minutes

All Levels Strength Reformer/Tower (Shoes Required)

A mixed-level/intermediate class (up to 10 participants) that integrates the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and additional fitness tools for a full-body workout. Designed for those with Pilates experience, this class emphasizes strength-building while maintaining core stability.

Focus: Classes focus on core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

Strength & Endurance | 50 minutes

Level 1-2 Balance & Strength

A beginner/intermediate class (up to 10 participants) focused on balance, improving bone density and enhancing core and full-body strength. Utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other functional fitness tools, this class is structured at a slower pace with attention to form, alignment and function. Suitable for all levels, with modifications provided for individual needs.

Stability & Functional Movement | 50 minutes

All Levels Stretch & Roll

A mixed-level/intermediate class (up to 10 participants) incorporating Pilates Reformer/Tower equipment and props such as foam rollers. This class blends core conditioning with dynamic and static stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension and support recovery. An ideal complement to any Pilates practice, fostering both physical and mental well-being.
