Reformer + Fit Classes

Group Reformer + Fit Level 1

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, adding in TRX suspension training, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

Group Reformer + Fit Level 2

This is an intermediate/advanced level class. Pilates experience is required. An active small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, adding in TRX suspension training, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

50 minute duration.

Group Reformer + Fit Circuit

This is an intermediate level class. A fast pace, circuit style, small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer, adding in TRX suspension training, weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and other fitness tools for a full body workout. This is an intermediate level class. Please bring shoes. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

50 minute duration.

Mat + Fit Classes

All Levels Pilates Mat

This class is based on Joesph Pilates’s repertoire of exercises which emphasize breath, core conditioning and body awareness, paying close attention to form and alignment. Learn to activate your deep core and intrinsic muscles and develop muscle tone, flexibility, increased range of motion in joints and, ultimately, self-confidence. The use of Pilates props; rings, small balls, bands, rollers, etc., adds diversity to the class while creating added challenges. Any given exercise has progressions and regressions to ensure each student is getting the workout they need.

50 minute duration.

An All Levels Class challenges the intermediate and advanced student and adds modifications for beginners as they develop their competence.

hiitCORE Class

HIIT (high-intensity interval training), is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts and Pilates-based core exercises designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Even though a HIIT workout is challenging, it can be modified for people of all fitness levels.

Yoga

This is a great class for experienced yogis and beginners alike, with clear instructions, modifications and variations to tailor the practice to you. In connection with the breath, we will hold poses, work on alignment and create space in the body and the mind.

Yoga is great for relieving stress and as a complement to other exercises.

60 minute duration.
