Pilates Equipment Classes

Reformer/Tower (Level 1-2)

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower (All Levels)

This is a mixed level/intermediate class. Some Pilates experience is required. Modifications will be offered as needed. An active small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full-body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. You will be guided at a moderate pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for participants with a good understanding of modifications and progressions appropriate for their individual needs.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower (Level 2-3)

This is an intermediate/advanced level class. Pilates experience is required. An active small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower Circuit (Level 2-3)

This is an intermediate level class. A fast pace, circuit style, small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and other fitness tools for a full body workout. This is an intermediate level class. Please bring shoes. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower Pilates Strength (All Levels)

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. A class that combines traditional strength training, low-impact cardio, and Pilates. Please bring shoes. This class utilizes dumbells and other props to help improve bone density, postural alignment, core conditioning and provides you with a full-body workout.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower Pilates, Strength and Balance (Level 1-2)

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates equipment experience is required. A small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on balance, improving bone density, core and full-body strength, flexibility and posture. In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower Barre (All Levels)

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. A class that combines elements of Pilates and dance fitness, offering a low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, and toning the entire body.

50 minute duration.

Reformer/Tower Yoga (All Levels)

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 10 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower and incorporating a Yoga flow to create a calmer and stronger body. A class that combines elements of Pilates and Yoga, offering a dynamic workout that focuses on alignment and breathe for a well rounded body and mind workout.
