Megan has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. After taking an alignment-focused yoga class, she felt an “aha moment.” She loved yoga and the effects a steady practice had on her mind, body, and life. She believes yoga is for everybody…especially pregnant bodies!
Megan became a Birth Doula through DONA and has been serving women since 2012. She completed Yoga Teacher Training at Yogakula in Berkeley in 2014 and completed a Prenatal Yoga Training in San Francisco in 2016. She has also more recently completed her training with Balanced Body for Reformer 1-3 and Mat 1.
Megan is currently apprenticing at Breathe Diversity Pilates and looks forward to expanding the ways she can serve her community, promoting mind-body connection and healing.
