With 8 years of Pilates practice and as the daughter of BDP’s co-owner, Sonya, Jayna’s dedication to our studio is more than a job; it’s a personal passion and a family commitment. She helps ensure our studio runs smoothly, from managing schedules to assisting clients with inquiries, all while sharing her love for Pilates. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Jayna is also the creative mind behind our social media presence, sharing engaging content that connects and inspires our community.
