This 5-week series will introduce you to core nutrition principles your body needs to stay in balance when it comes to supporting and boosting your metabolism and balancing your hormones.
A balanced hormonal system is foundational to optimal health. We can use food as medicine to tend to our changing needs, and honor our circadian rhythms, which creates ease and grace as we age.
Learn how to support your body with the right kinds of protein carbohydrates, fats, and discover more about the timing of your meals for optimal vitality, sleep support, and immune health! This class will provide holistic nutritional support through the Ayurvedic lens.
Each two-hour class will guide you in understanding more about how your body works, and what you can do to best support it. You’ll get recipes, handouts, and practical steps that you can implement each week. We’ll meet live 3 times and have 2 virtual cooking sessions so you can set yourself up for success in your own kitchen with delicious nourishing recipes that are easy to make and replicate.
