This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates equipment experience is required. A small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full-body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on balance, improving bone density, core and full-body strength, flexibility and posture. In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.
