Reformer/Tower Pilates Strength (All Levels)

This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. A class that combines traditional strength training, low-impact cardio, and Pilates. This class utilizes dumbells and other props to help improve bone density, postural alignment, core conditioning and provides you with a full-body workout.
