This is an intermediate/advanced level class. Pilates experience is required. An active small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates, adding in TRX suspension training, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.
