This is an intermediate level class. A fast pace, circuit style, small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates, adding in TRX suspension training, weights, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and other fitness tools for a full body workout. This is an intermediate level class. Please bring shoes. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.
