This is a beginning/intermediate level class. Some Pilates experience is required. Small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates, adding in TRX suspension training, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout. Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture. In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function. This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.
