This class is based on Joesph Pilates’s repertoire of exercises which emphasize breath, core conditioning and body awareness, paying close attention to form and alignment. Learn to activate your deep core and intrinsic muscles and develop muscle tone, flexibility, increased range of motion in joints and, ultimately, self-confidence. The use of Pilates props; rings, small balls, bands, rollers, etc., adds diversity to the class while creating added challenges. Any given exercise has progressions and regressions to ensure each student is getting the workout they need.
